Manual roll calls eat class time and leave attendance records a step behind reality. We built a barcode-based attendance system that scans students in, reports absences to parents on WhatsApp instantly, and keeps administrators looking at live, accurate records instead of end-of-week paperwork.
The Challenge
Manual attendance was slow, error-prone, and left parents finding out about an absence far too late - if they found out at all.
The Solution
We built a barcode scan-in system wired directly to WhatsApp - the moment a student is marked absent, a message goes out automatically, while staff get real-time daily and monthly reports without lifting a pen.
